Timothy D. Epp, PhD is professor of sociology in the Department of Applied Social Sciences at Redeemer University, Hamilton, Ontario, where he has taught for twenty-one years. His research interests are historical sociology, popular culture, disability, and dementia care. He lives in Dundas, Ontario with his wife, daughter, and two naughty-but-lovable dogs.
